Job Description
- Experienced in application maintenance delivery including incidents resolution, problem management, minor enhancements and service management processes
- ITIL certification preferred
- Adept in working and interfacing with client end users to address incidents as well as deliver enhancement requests
- Developing and testing detailed functional / technical designs for business solution components
- Driving test planning and execution (break-fix, enhancements and problem management delivery)
- Degree or equivalent requirement with industry experience
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent communication skills both in written and oral
