SAP ABAP Team Lead

 Role Summary 

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Team Lead
to guide a development team, oversee technical design, and deliver high‑quality
solutions across SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. The role combines hands-on ABAP
expertise with leadership, planning, and stakeholder coordination. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Lead
  and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, ensuring adherence to coding
  standards and best practices. 


• Oversee
  end-to-end delivery of RICEF developments and enhancements. 


• Drive
  technical design, code reviews, and solution architecture decisions. 


• Collaborate
  closely with functional, basis, and project management teams. 


• Develop
  and optimize ABAP objects including CDS Views, AMDP, OData services,
  and S/4HANA‑based solutions.
