GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves understanding
business needs, identifying problems, infor M3, and recommending solutions to improve processes, systems, and overall business
performance.

● Work with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements.
● Level 2 support (analyse, fix incidents and communicate with level 3 to update the documentation)
● Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on business needs.
● Assist in mapping current business processes and identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
