Job Opportunity: SAP Authorisations Support
Our client, one of South Africa's favourites, is looking for a SAP Authorisations Support to join their dynamic team for a contract . The purpose of this role is to provide first line SAP authorisations support across the group.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas:
- Resolution of SAP authorisation support calls within agreed SLAs
- Administration of authorisation calls on CRM
- Actioning SAP Share Point Access requests and calls logged on CRM (e.g., creating new users, assigning access, unlocking users)
- Responsibility for role testing in the QA system (e.g., drafting test scripts for UAT, creating new tester profiles, assigning access)
- Troubleshooting SAP authorisation errors
- Running SAP access and GRC reports as required
- Raising requests for changes on SAP Solution Manager
