Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor SAP System performance, availability, and health using standard tools.
- Perform routine system checks, daily monitoring, and log analysis. Support user management activities (creating, modifying, and deleting SAP user accounts).
- Assist in applying patches, updates, and basic configuration changes under supervision.
- Provide first-level support for SAP-related incidents and escalate complex issues to senior consultants.
