Responsibilities
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC) Administration
- Administer SAP CC environments including instance setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Perform migration of SAP CC systems as well as routine system refreshes
- Manage pricing catalogs, charging plans, and configuration transports across environments
- Ensure high availability and performance of CC for high-volume transaction processing
- Troubleshoot charging, rating, and integration issues with upstream/downstream systems
- Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of SAP CC components
- Cross-functional & Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional, billing, and integration teams to ensure end-to-end solution stability
