Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Administrator to manage and support our BO environment, ensuring high availability and performance. The role involves incident management, L2 support for WebI data issues, handling critical production-down scenarios, performing weekend housekeeping activities, and managing Tomcat SSO, SSL configuration, and SSL certificate lifecycle. Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication for stakeholder collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x platform.
Manage BO servers, nodes, and clusters for optimal performance and high availability.
Perform user and security administration, including roles, groups, and access rights.
Monitor system health, schedule jobs, and manage report bursting/distribution.
Troubleshoot Web Intelligence (WebI) data issues, report failures, and connectivity problems.
