Job Description
- Analyze business, finance, and operational requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support SAP finance and billing projects across invoicing, revenue, payment, and accounting processes.
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in solution design, process improvement, system integration, and testing activities.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support UAT.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Support implementation, rollout, and post-go-live activities for SAP projects.
- Assist with issue resolution, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
