Job Description
The SAP COE Quote to Cash (Q2C) 3PL Expert is responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant end-to-end logistics processes within the Quote to Cash lifecycle by providing Application Management Services (AMS) support for third-party logistics (3PL) operations. The role contributes to business continuity, revenue accuracy, and customer satisfaction by resolving complex logistics, supporting integrations, and driving continuous process improvements.
1) Main tasks:
Provide L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for end-to-end Quote to Cash logistics processes involving 3PL operations. Handle incident, problem, and change management for Q2C-logistics-related issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
