Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Upstream Support Consultant specializing in Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting Ariba Upstream solutions and demonstrated experience of collaborating with SAP teams in an integrated environment. Experience in at least one end-to-end Ariba implementation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP Ariba Upstream modules (Sourcing, Contracting, SLP).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues in Ariba Upstream workflows (RFX, Contracts, Supplier Registration & Qualification).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and SAP support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Support integration and data flow between Ariba Upstream and SAP S/4HANA system.
