Your Expertise
- Proven track record: You possess a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP Customer Service.
- Process optimization: You have a passion for analyzing, refining, and enhancing business processes using SAP tools.
- Technical proficiency: You are skilled in SAP Customer Services configuration and welcome the chance to use ABAP and iFlow development.
- Project management: You are comfortable in both traditional and agile project environments.
- Language skills: You are fluent in German and English , both written and spoken.
- Collaborative spirit: You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, and open to new ideas.
