Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end SAP Data Migration strategy for S/4HANA implementation/rollout programs.
- Lead data migration lifecycle including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
- Establish and govern data migration approach, processes, templates, and standards.
- Manage data cleansing, profiling, harmonization, and enrichment activities with business teams.
- Drive mapping rules, transformation logic, and data conversion design.
- Oversee mock cycles, trial loads, cutover execution, and Go Live readiness.
- Ensure data validation pre/post load and business sign-off for migration objects.
- Manage defects/issues during migration cycles and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate across functional, technical, and business stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Own planning, tracking, reporting, and governance of migration activities.
