- Provide strong technical and functional guidance for all SAP-related topics.
- Monitor project performance, address risks proactively and maintain transparent communication.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations and project governance frameworks.
- Coordinate training, documentation and knowledge transfer to end users.
- Prepare reports summarising project milestones, solution performance and improvement areas.
