Tasks
- ESM Process Design: Design and optimize SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) business processes for HR, Finance, and other enterprise functions.
- Business Analysis: Analyze current service, case-handling, and shared service processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Service Model Definition: Define scalable and future-proof ESM service models, ensuring standardization and configurability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops, gather requirements, and align governance, ownership, and service strategy with stakeholders.
- Documentation & Rollout Planning: Prepare functional specifications, rollout strategies, and onboarding approaches for additional enterprise functions.
