- Deliver ETD patterns
- Understand and develop the patterns that are required.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Process experts to design an optimal solution according to best practices, generating and challenging several solutions from different perspectives before discussing them with stakeholders.
- Develop team competence and provide relevant knowledge transfer to service team members.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Delivery Service and Delivery Project Processes and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
- Ensure process compliance and that internal processes are followed.
- Analyse the current environment, propose improvements, and execute internal improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by users and develop bug fixes.
