Job Description
SAP Executive PS
The role will support the SAP ERP function by assisting in the execution and maintenance of the SAP Project System (PS) module. The incumbent will ensure accurate project data, support testing and documentation activities, and contribute to efficient project planning, budgeting, and cost tracking under the guidance of senior consultants.
Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:
- Provide support for SAP PS activities (project master updates, WBS creation, issue tracking)
- Assist in data preparation, cleansing, and migration activities
- Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, Integration, UAT) and document results
- Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, MM, SD, PM) for data alignment
- Generate reports and assist in project data analysis and validation
