Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, etc.)
- Manage end‑to‑end user lifecycle activities including user creation, role assignment, access reviews, and de‑provisioning
- Implement and support SAP GRC modules such as Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), and Risk Management (RM)
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation using GRC tools
- Configure and maintain Firefighter Emergency Access Management and monitor usage logs
- Conduct periodic user access reviews and compliance audits
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper role design aligned with business processes
- Troubleshoot authorization issues and provide timely resolution
