Job Description
We are continuously looking for experienced **SAP HCM Consultants** with strong expertise in **Payroll (PY)** and **Time Management (PT)** to join our growing delivery teams.* Lead and deliver SAP HCM Payroll and/or Time Management implementations and support activities* Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications* Configure and customise SAP HCM PY and PT modules according to client needs* Ensure payroll compliance with local legislation (French payroll knowledge is a strong advantage)* Perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support)* Provide incident resolution and continuous improvement support* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, technical teams)* Support data migration and system integration activities* Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring of junior consultants* Proactively identify risks, improvement opportunities, and optimisation initiatives* Build strong client relations...
