The Role
The role ensures the stable, accurate and timely operation of Human Capital Management processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA , covering:
SAP HCM – PA (Personnel Administration)
- Master data management (infotypes), employee actions, contracts and organizational assignments
- Integration validation with time, payroll and self‑service platforms
