Job Description: -SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant Relevant Experience (in Yrs):- 5yrs Technical/Functional Skills:- • Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle. Also understand underlying legal requirements. • Should be able to Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems • Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice • Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows). • Should be able to lead the team • To work effectively within a team environment • Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology Experience Required:- · Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Benefits...
