Job Description
Provide expert support and configuration for Kronos Time and Attendance modules within UKG Dimensions TampA.
Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Kronos Time and Attendance applications specializing in configuration support and enhancements within the UKG Dimensions TampA skill cluster.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos Time and Attendance applications including badge and user access problems.
Configure Kronos elements such as Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, and Access Profiles.
Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
Prepare and execute unit functional and integration test cases based on system requirements.
Oversee quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with project standards.
