- SAP Mobile Asset Management (SAP MAM)
- Asset Management and Maintenance Processes
- AMS Support and Ticket Management
- Experience resolving moderately complex mobile asset management incidents
- Knowledge of SAP PM and EAM backend integration
- Experience with mobile application synchronization and user access management
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose preventive measures
- Strong understanding of mobile asset workflows and compliance requirements
- Experience validating asset data, work orders, and mobile transactions
- Knowledge of SAP Datasphere
- Experience developing Functional Specifications
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications, CDS Views, and related concepts
- Ability to collaborate with ABAP and development teams
- Experience troubleshooting technical and functional issues with minimal supervision
