About the role
Our large IT client is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Lead to join their team supporting a major enterprise account. This is a hands-on functional configuration role at the heart of a complex, high-volume HR and Payroll environment, where you'll own solutioning, enhancements, and defect resolution across the payroll landscape.
You'll work closely with the payroll, superannuation, onboarding and termination teams, translating business and legislative requirements into robust, compliant SAP solutions.
What you'll be doing
Providing solutions to the Payroll system through configuration, enhancement, and defect fixes Analysing and resolving issues across Pay, Tax, Work Schedules, Deductions, Shift Allowances, Time Evaluation, Leave Loading, Superannuation and Termination payments Building and amending Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and Awards within SAP Managing rule changes, Time Evaluation, ...
