Relevant Experience: 8 Years Mandatory
Looking for Immediate Joiners
Should have solid hands-on experience in PMGM — not just knowing features, but actually implementing them across multiple clients.
- Around 10–15 years of overall experience, with strong focus on SuccessFactors
- At least 4–5 full PMGM implementations
- Certification in PMGM
- Strong understanding
- Goal plans (including cascading, team goals)
- Performance forms and template design.
- Route maps and workflows.
- Calibration (this is important at this level)360 / multi-rater feed
