Role Overview
The SAP PMO Analyst supports the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing and monitoring SAP programs and projects. This role ensures governance, reporting and coordination across SAP initiatives, enabling successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Governance : Support PMO governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies across SAP projects. Ensure adherence to project management processes, templates, and tools. Coordinate across functional teams (SAP MM, SD, FICO, etc.) and stakeholders. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
- Reporting & Analytics : Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and provide data-driven insights to project managers and leadership.
