Job Description
In this role, you will define, continuously enhance, and govern the global end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process across all legal entities and Shared Service Centers (SSCs).
Main tasks
- Define, continuously enhance, and govern the global end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process across all legal entities and Shared Service Centers (SSCs)
- Analyse, map, and document R2R sub-processes, including financial closing, accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany activities
- Design and harmonise global standards such as journal entries, valuation methods, chart of accounts logic, and reconciliation standards
- Reduce local process variations to improve standardisation, automation, and overall process quality
- Establish and monitor global KPIs (e.g. closing cycle time, reconciliation accuracy, manual journal entry rate) and drive continuous performance improvement
