Main tasks
- Act as the functional expert for SAP SD and MM
- Provide 2nd level support and ensure stable daily operations
- Analyze business requirements, incidents, and change requests
- Translate requirements into scalable SAP SD/MM solutions
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across logistics, procurement, and sales
- Drive system enhancements, changes, and continuous improvements
- Plan and execute testing (UAT), releases, and deployments
- Maintain documentation and support key users with training
- Ensure high-quality master data (materials, customers, vendors)
