Job Description:
The candidate shall work closely with the data team to maintain the integrity of master data stored in e-HR by supporting data profiling, data patching/rectifications/correction and reporting. The candidate will be operating in a complex, compliance-driven environment servicing a large-scale public sector programme. The candidate shall be responsible for the following:
- Profile and analyze data for issues and discrepancies using available tools in the environment, such as SAP HCM, SAP ad hoc queries, SQL, or Microsoft Office tools where necessary.
- Perform data uploads, patching, and rectifications in SAP HCM, coordinating with data owners and ground units where man-in-the-loop decisions are required.
- Support audit queries, investigations, and resolution on data issues. Analyze and profile data to investigate issues and perform data rectification where required.
