Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (SF-ONB) expertise. Minimum of two end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0). Deep understanding of the ONB 2.0 module. Hands-on experience with Onboarding portlet configuration. Experience in email configuration. Hands-on experience with global and local forms configuration. Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) is preferred. Experience with integrations involving Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), and third-party systems.
