Key Responsibilities Payroll Functional & Technical Delivery Configure and optimize Employee Central Payroll including pay components, off cycle processes, gross to net calculations, retroactivity, schemas, and rules. Use AI copilots to rapidly generate functional specifications, configuration notes, testing scenarios, and payroll validation logic documentation. Support the full delivery cycle from requirements gathering and solution design to UAT, deployment, and post go live stabilization. Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC), Time Management, HRIS Sync, BIB, and payroll relevant third party systems. Perform payroll simulations, validations, reconciliations, and error diagnostics with AI assisted accelerators.
