Qualifications
- Over 5 years of SAP Success Factors implementation experience across industries and all phases of the implementation cycle
- Expertise in SuccessFactors project management methodology and deliverables
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management and Succession Management solutions; experience consulting global organizations on SAP HCM Cloud migration
- Strong XML knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and a team‑player attitude
- Excellent understanding of the employee life‑cycle management process in global organizations
- Knowledge of module integrations within SuccessFactors
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP or third‑party HRIS and solutions
- Strong learning ability, agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
