We are seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Architect to lead our SuccessFactors practice, drive pre-sales engagements, and oversee the delivery of end-to-end HR transformation projects. This role combines deep technical and functional expertise with leadership, business development, and client advisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership
- Build, lead, and grow the organisation’s SAP SuccessFactors practice, ensuring capability development, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.
- Develop service offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets to strengthen delivery efficiency and solution quality.
