Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to SAP SuccessFactors and associated Finance processes.Work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and project stakeholders to define and validate system requirements.Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions.Ensure integration requirements between SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Finance systems are clearly understood and documented.Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder reviews.Support data migration, reporting, reconciliation, and testing activities.Assist with change management, training, and user adoption activities.Collaborate with system integrators and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver project objectives.Ensure business processes and system configurations align with governance and compliance requirem...
