- Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.
- Implement and support Talent Management modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), Compensation.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
- Provide end‑user training and support.
