Job Summary
On behalf of our client, a Big 4 Accounting/Consulting firm, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant to contribute to the rollout of SuccessFactors as the new HRIS across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global Deloitte offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops, and adoption of SuccessFactors
- Demonstrate leading best practices and deep knowledge of HR processes with technology and business
- Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices
- Participate with client-facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements
