Job Description
DIGITAL Supply Chain Competence Center is seeking an experimented SAP Consultant covering Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to all ROCKWOOL operating companies (OPCOs).
Responsibilities include:
Manage EWM support team and provide, together with the team, stable day-to-day operations
Provide IT support for EWM service (2nd line of Support): Solving incidents / service requests and requests for Change (RFC) across the globe within agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Deliver End to End support execution (Customizing / unit tests / UAT (User Acceptance tests)/ production / aftercare
Works on Global RFCs as part of the EWM governance
Estimate the costs / benefits
Support group design of the solution
Optimizing group solution based on Business requirements
Monitoring / Reporting of EWM service KPIs
Secure a close collaboration in EWM core team / cross DIGITAL teams and intern...
