Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
- SAP certifications will be considered an added advantage.
- Project Management and Governance certifications are a plus.
- 13+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a SAP Team Lead role.
- Experience in the Fashion Apparel or Textile industry is required.
- Industry 4.0, RFID systems, or digital transformation experience will be an advantage.
- Strong expertise in SAP ERP with the ability to lead a complete SAP team.
- Proven experience in solution design and end-to-end SAP implementation with hands-on involvement.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end retail processes with implementation experience.
- Strong experience in retail/POS systems and integration with manufacturing systems.
- SAP Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
