JD:
- At least 4+ years of experience with SAP Basis Hana in Operational support in
- Technical Support of SAP systems and related environments in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP EP, SAP PI/PO, SAP Solution Manager, Hana database, oracle database
- SAP S4/HANA monitoring, support and upgrades.
- Able to handle SAP Hana and Oracle backups issues.
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting the sap application and database issues and participate in major incident management and provide the RCA and resolve high priority issues.
