Job Description:
- Lead and support Vertex O Series configuration and implementation activities
- Configure and manage indirect tax processes including sales & use tax, VAT, and GST
- Work on SAP–Vertex Integration and ensure seamless tax calculation
- Design and configure tax rules, jurisdictions, and categories in Vertex
- Participate in end-to-end lifecycle implementations, including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, and IT teams to gather tax requirements
- Handle integration with SAP FI/MM/SD modules
- Support tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve tax calculation and system issues
- Provide production support and enhancements
