Description
A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct care to residents and is a critical part of the healthcare team. Working as part of a team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans to promote optimal health, safety, and well-being.
Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status, including vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and other team members to establish goals of care and develop appropriate care strategies.
- Regularly reassess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly, ensuring continuity and responsiveness to changing conditions.
