Required Skills
4+ yrs hands-on experience with Savint IGA / SSM operations.
Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM).
Knowledge of provisioning concepts, roles, entitlements, and access request workflows.
Ability to analyze Saviynt job logs, workflow logs, and connector logs.
Strong troubleshooting skills related to provisioning failures and workflow issues.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Databases, or SaaS app integrations.
Basic knowledge of SQL for operational data analysis (preferred).
Understanding of SoD, governance controls, and compliance requirements.
Good to Have
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
Basic familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs (reading logs, payload validation).
Knowledge of CyberArk, Okta, Azure IAM, or SailPoint (cross-skill advantage).
Savint certification or IAM-specific certifications.
