The Position
Reporting to the Urban Integrated Services Director, the Sawēyihtotān Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager will provide leadership and effective coordination, collaboration, and operation of the Sawēyihtotān Transitional and Supportive Housing Services. The Sawēyihtotān Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager will provide an integral role in contributing to the execution of the strategic direction and overall day-to-day management of the Sawēyihtotān Transitional and Supportive Housing programs and services. The position will guide and direct the Sawēyihtotān Housing supervisors in program planning/scheduling of support workers, peacekeepers, custodial, and cooks. The Sawēyihtotān Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager will ensure a working environment that is safe, fair, and consistent for all Sawēyihtotān Transitional and Supportive Housing staff.
