Key Responsibilities
Serve as Audiocodes SBC Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise.
Design, develop, and maintain telephony solutions based on Audiocodes SBC platforms.
Integrate Audiocodes SBC with Genesys Cloud, Azure Communication Services (ACS), and other real-time communication platforms.
Develop and enhance WebRTC click‑to‑call solutions utilizing Audiocodes SBC.
Manage and coordinate with external vendors, including regular meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and plan upcoming activities.
Prepare and submit change requests for network and firewall teams, including technical requirements and impact analysis.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve telephony and SBC-related issues
