Talent & Organization HR Transformation Consulting Manager role
As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional, you’ll help clients across a variety of industries in the areas of Learning Design and Development, Change Management and HR Transformation. You’ll use your expertise to develop exciting new learning strategies and solutions. You’ll help clients manage organizational change and smooth the transition process. Essentially, you’ll be part of the team that is creating the workforce of the future!
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team in complex HR Transformation Programs to design, develop & implement new employee experience, HR Operating Model & Solutions.
- Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success.
- Analyze and design best-in‑class HR operating models according to client needs.
- Understand analysis of the as‑is and to‑be HR processes.
