Position Purpose:
The Specialty Care Inline Portfolio & LCM Strategy Lead is accountable for end-to-end lifecycle and portfolio strategy for inline Specialty Care products in Japan, especially at the important milestones such as; new indication added, new formulations, or pre-LOE planning
This role integrates Life Cycle Management (LCM) with portfolio-level strategic planning, ensuring sustained value delivery across products while proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities with financial impact.
The role acts as a project manager (PMO) or a project lead representing SC commercial team, or single point of coordination, aligning Global / ICO strategies with Japan-specific market realities, and enabling cross-functional teams to execute cohesive, forward-looking portfolio and lifecycl...
