Job Description
Scaffold Spannerhand (Ticketed or Non‑Ticketed) supports the scaffolding team by assisting with the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold structures. The role is hands‑on, physically demanding, and suited to workers with strong labouring experience, good tool handling skills, and the ability to follow instructions from ticketed scaffolders and site supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding under supervision, including tube & clip, ringlock, and mobile scaffolds.
- Handle, carry, and stage scaffold components such as standards, ledgers, braces, planks, base plates, and fittings.
- Use hand tools confidently , including spanners, levels, hammers, and impact tools.
- Load and unload trucks , organise gear on site, and maintain tidy material laydown areas.
