DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform advanced hair spa and results-driven scalp treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, steam therapy, massage, and hydration protocols.
- Conduct in-depth scalp and hair assessments, identifying conditions and recommending customized solutions.
- Track client progress and tailor treatment plans to ongoing needs.
- Educate clients on scalp care practices and retail products that support home wellness.
