This entry-level role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our electronic records and supporting our accounting operations. Summary of Position: The Scanner is responsible for managing the secure and accurate scanning of dealership documents into our Electronic Document Management System (EDM), primarily through Reynolds & Reynolds. This role also supports the department by assisting with incoming interoffice mail distribution and managing incoming phone calls.
