Urgent opening with the Reputed Group for the Cable Manufacturing Vertical for the position of Production Manager - Dubai
Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical
Experience: 10-15 years in cable manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Maximizing production yield, maintain strict international quality standards, & optimize manufacturing costs while ensuring a zero-harm safety culture.
Production & Operations Management- Schedule Cable Production Lines for optimum utilization
- Manage Core Process
- Reduce Downtime
- Material Efficiency: Monitor the consumption of raw materials to minimize variance.
- Inventory Coordination: Align with procurement to ensure a steady supply of all the input material
- Enforce Desired Cable Standards
