Qualifications for the Scanning Specialist position include:
- At least a undergradaute college level 3rd Year
- With experience in document scanning, encoding, or clerical work (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PDF tools)
- Familiar with using scanners and printers
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- With basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment (preferred)
- Able to work under pressure with good time management
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential documents
